How to get registered for Matrimonial event?

Where do you get listed?
Candidate name will be listed in matrimonial mobile application and website only. No physical directory.
Who can register?
Only Jain Graduates, Post Graduates and above in any discipline. (Father should be Jain)
After registration how much time will it take to upload my profile and when can I log in ?
Once verification is completed, member can log in after 48 hours with registered mobile number or email id. Member’s profile will be uploaded only after 48 hours of successful verification.
How to do payment?
Payment can be done online through razorpay only from Mobile App and website

a) General: Open for all unmarried Jains. (Min. age 18 years for Female and 21 years for Male and Max. age limit 40 years.)
b) Physically challenged: Candidates having any kind of physical disability can apply.
c) Re-Marriage: Divorcée, Widow/Widower can apply in this category.

Which documents are required for registration?
2 Passport Size photographs, Educational Certificate (Highest Degree) and One Photo ID. Proof (Driving License/ Voter ID. Card /Aadhar Card / Passport)
Can I edit my profile?
Yes, you can edit some fields of your profile yourself except contact details.
How often can I edit my profile?
You can edit your profile as many times as you want.
How long will it take for the modifications to reflect on my profile?
Modifications to profiles also undergo a validation process. This does not take more than 24 hrs.
Can I change my password once my login is created?
It is otp based Mobile Application and Website
How can I obtain the contact details of other members?
By searching from the bride/groom profiles
Can I save the liked profiles of bride/groom?
Yes, you can save the profile of any candidate by clicking on Add to Favourite
Can I share anyone’s profile with others?
No, You cannot share anyone's profile as there are chances of its misuse.
How many profiles can I save?
As many profiles as you wish.

Registration fee? Any confirmation?
The registration fee is Rs. 1000 per candidate. Payment reflects in our A/c after 48 hours. Confirmation will be received from razorpay only and not from JITO.

You can get contact number from the profile of candidate and contact them directly through mobile or other social media.
What can be done if the details in the profile do not match the reality found upon contacting each other?
Please contact JITO office immediately.
To whom shall we complain if the candidate and their family are not found appropriate as per the talk before marriage?
JITO is not responsible for any genuineness of any candidate and the details provided therein. It shall be your sole responsibility to check the authenticity through any outside source or have faith in them.
What is the refund policy?
Once the payment is done and profile is uploaded, payment shall not be refunded.
What can we do if our profile details are misused?
We can assure that your data shall never be misused by JITO. On the contrary, it can be helpful to you in various aspects of life. However, it shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate and their relatives to bear the risk and register on online platform.
